RUX was born in Andre’s Whistler garage, where he was frustrated by constantly repacking his gear into storage bins and bags instead of enjoying outdoor adventures. With Tony, an elite alpinist and industrial designer with years of experience in gear management, Trina’s expertise in colors, sourcing, and materials, and Jamie’s firsthand knowledge of the gear struggle while managing a busy family, they came together to create RUX. Their mission was simple: to design a solution that would make it easier to organize and access gear, freeing up time, space, and energy for more outdoor adventures.
